1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and myr88 ("myr88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the myr88 website at myr88.win and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Winnings accrued prior to successful age verification may be forfeited.

Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations. myr88 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the myr88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password;
• Notify myr88 customer support promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

myr88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Account details, including email address and linked payment methods, may only be changed by submitting a request to customer support with appropriate verification documents.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the myr88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). myr88 does not impose currency conversion charges; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply independent processing fees at their own discretion.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include, but are not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, FPX Instant Transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's banking page and may vary by payment method;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operational constraints;
• myr88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing withdrawals, which may temporarily delay payment;
• Deposits used to qualify for a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5.

myr88 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from third parties will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

myr88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms detailed on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms when accepted. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be claimed by excluded or suspended accounts;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only — one per person, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion;
• myr88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice;
• Where myr88 determines that a player has abused the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic patterns inconsistent with recreational gaming — myr88 may void bonuses and related winnings.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets offered on the myr88 Platform operate under specific rules published within the Platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

myr88 sources its games from internationally accredited providers whose random number generator (RNG) systems are independently certified for fairness. myr88 employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems. Accounts displaying suspicious activity will be subject to investigation and may be suspended without prior notice. myr88 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the myr88 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game content, trademarks, and logos — is the intellectual property of myr88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any myr88 content without express written consent from myr88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myr88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

myr88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30-day period preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim. myr88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

myr88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player protection tools accessible from your account settings:

• Session Time Alerts — Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;

• Failure to comply with identity or age verification requests;

In the event of account closure for breach, myr88 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is requested voluntarily by the player and no breach has occurred, myr88 will process any remaining eligible balance to the registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

12. Amendments
